As we wrapped up the third quarter, our team embraced the opportunities in this real estate market with enthusiasm and expertise, navigating it with confidence while also providing unwavering support to our clients at every stage. Our agents rounded out the quarter by not only working with their clients, but by attending, sponsoring and participating in numerous charitable and community events, too. One of the biggest charity events that our team members participated in was our annual Christmas is for Kids (C4K) Golf Outing. Thanks to everyone who donated prizes, sponsored a hole or just came out to golf and have some fun, we were able to raise a large portion of the money we need to put on a spectacular holiday event for children in need. We are looking forward to the other C4K charitable events that will be coming up in the next few months! 

This quarter, we were also presented with opportunities to learn, grow and adapt as real estate professionals. Changes have been made in legislation that directly affected the work of our team members, especially those who most frequently work with buyers. In August, we took time to focus on how to best handle these shifts and make sure our agents know how to navigate these new changes to our practice. Thanks to the diligence of our educational support team and leaders, our Shorewest team members were able to tackle this switch with confidence, continuing to provide the best support to all buyers and sellers possible.
